Our Beliefs

We're Pentecostal in beliefs, Apostolic in works and devoted to spreading the love of Jesus in our community.

 

The Word of God

We believe the Bible to be inspired of God; the infallible Word of God. (II Timothy 3:16)

The Bible is the only God-given authority which man possesses; therefore, all doctrine, faith, hope, and all instruction for the church must be based upon, and harmonize with, the Bible. It is to be read and studied by all men everywhere, and can only be clearly understood by those who are anointed by the Holy Spirit. (I John 2:27, II Peter 1:20, 21)

 

Fundamental Doctrine

We believe in the Biblical standard of salvation though grace and obedience to the Word of God - which is repentance, baptism by immersion in water in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, the baptism of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38,10:44-48, 19:1-7)

 

Repentance & Conversion

Forgiveness of sins is obtained by genuine repentance, a confessing and turning away from sins. We are justified by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:1) John the Baptist preached repentance, Jesus proclaimed it, and the Apostles emphasized it to both Jews and Gentiles. (Acts 2:38, Acts 11:18, Acts 17:30)

 

Our Worship

We openly praise and worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in service. John 4:23-24 it says…

“The hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him. God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.”

 

Worship through music and emphasis on a strong prayer life are catalysts that create an atmosphere full of the love of God. He inhabits the praises of his people. So join us as we praise Jesus.
